Golden Lotus Elevation LLC is committed to providing professional educational support, document preparation assistance, and strategic guidance services.
Because services begin immediately upon onboarding through file review, consultation, strategy development, document preparation, and administrative processing, fees paid for services rendered may be non-refundable once work has started.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
Clients may cancel services at any time by submitting written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least seven (7) business days before any scheduled recurring payment.
To support the service process, clients agree to provide updated credit reports and relevant correspondence received from reporting agencies when requested.
