Golden Lotus Elevation LLC provides educational support, credit profile analysis, dispute assistance guidance, and financial profile strategy services.
Our services are designed to help clients better understand their credit profile, identify potential inaccuracies, and develop personalized improvement strategies.
Prior to the start of any credit education or document processing services, clients are required to review and sign a client agreement, which includes the following disclosures and authorizations:
  • Credit Service Agreement
  • Authorization for Credit Repair Action
  • Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
  • Right of Cancellation Notice
These documents ensure transparency, informed consent, and compliance with applicable consumer protection guidelines.
We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services. All services are educational and support-based in nature.

 Document Preparation & Credit Education  Services may include:

  • Golden Lotus Elevation LLC provides structured document preparation support and credit education services designed to help clients better understand their credit profile and the reporting information associated with their accounts.
  • As part of our process, we will review your current credit reports as provided by the applicable credit reporting agencies. During this review, we work with you to help identify items that may appear inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent based on the information reflected in your file.
    You will maintain full control in selecting which items, if any, you choose to move forward with for dispute consideration.
  • When applicable, we provide guidance on the general steps involved in the dispute process related to information that may be inaccurate or requires further review.
  • We also assist in the preparation of supporting correspondence related to the items you choose to address, based on the strategy developed for your individual profile.
  • Any communication received from credit reporting agencies may be reviewed together, and we provide ongoing educational support and guidance to help you understand responses and next steps within your personal strategy plan.
In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement.

Outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances and third-party reporting agency processes.
​We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options. For legal advice, please consult an attorney. ​
 Refunds & Cancellation Policy​
Golden Lotus Elevation LLC is committed to providing professional educational support, document preparation assistance, and strategic guidance services.
Because services begin immediately upon onboarding through file review, consultation, strategy development, document preparation, and administrative processing, fees paid for services rendered may be non-refundable once work has started.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
  • Failure to initiate agreed-upon service processes within a reasonable timeframe
  • Extended service delays not caused by client non-participation or third-party reporting agencies
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
Clients understand that results vary based on individual circumstances, reporting agency investigations, creditor responses, and overall participation in the process. Therefore, specific outcomes, deletions, score increases, or approval results cannot be guaranteed.
Clients may cancel services at any time by submitting written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least seven (7) business days before any scheduled recurring payment.
To support the service process, clients agree to provide updated credit reports and relevant correspondence received from reporting agencies when requested.
